*If you are a girl, you continuously talk about how (insert member's name here) is hot/sexy, and that you WILL marry him someday

*Whenever you get someone back, you give "Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge"

*Your computer wallpaper/room posters/buddy icon/screenname have the band in them

*You go to EVERY MCR concert that's held, even if it's in another state

*While at a concert, you jump up on stage and glomp Gerard once the song is over, causing security guards to have to pull you away

*You write on your will that you want to be buried in black

*You don't ask to be buried in black, but instead you asked to be buried "in all your favorite colors"!

*You try to copy Gerard's voice everytime you sing, whether the song is by MCR or not

*You refuse to listen to any other band other than MCR, saying they all suck

*When you get married, you ask if your husband/wife will carry you To The End

*Whenever someone gets arrested, you go to the person and say "You have no idea what they do to guys like you in prison, don't you?"

*You learn guitar/bass/drums for the sole reason of trying to play better than the corresponding band member/s

*When asked "how are you," you respond with either "I'm not o-fucking-kay" or "I'm o-fucking-kay I promise"

*You join the Black Parade!

*You cried when Gerard Way cut his hair

*Not only that, but DYED it BLONDE of all blasphemers!

*You creamed your pants when "Dead!" made it to Guitar Hero 2

*But then cried again when you found out it was only for the xbox version, and you have the PS2.

And most importantly...

*You argue day-in and day-out that they're NOT emo >_<

*Even if you are emo yourself.

      I was so happy for Christmas! I got everything I wanted. I got a lot of cool tops. Like on with black and gold mini guitars everywhere and jewelry. A diamond and gold heart-necklace and a diamond and silver T necklace for my name. I also finally got MCR's first album. My aunt also gove me money to get my own present and I got the Teenagers jacket at Hot Topic. My friends also got me 2 MCR t-shirts. My friend was also awesome enough to giveme a framed photo-shopped picture of me and another one of my freinds with MCR.

     I  also got the new Maroon 5 CD. it's awesome. I finally, after months of begging, a Guitar Hero III for my computer. To top it all off, again after begging and pulling up my grades, my mom gave in and got me an acoustic guitar! I was so happy!

     Sadly, as impossible as it may seem, therewere some flaws. My guitar Hero III won't work on my computer 'c ause my mom hasn't updated the software yet, but it's still fun to do air guitar to. Another is the fact the acoustic kinda sucks 'cause the 'How To' DVD only shows the parts of the acousitc and goes staight on how to tune up and play an electric or bass. So my aunt is helping convince my mom to take it back for an electric. Plus I can't tune the thing up if my life depended on it.A big plus side was that my friend took me with her to Disney Land for 6.5 days (so that's hy I couldn't answer you guys right away).

      So that's my wonderful vacation. I'm pretty sure if you've read all this, it must've been a waste of your time. My bad. Feel free not to like me. I really don't care. i only did this for future refferences. So if you cared, great; if you didn't, even better. So have a nice day and always 'Keep the Faith' in everything else but me. :)    

    

    Wow, I'm so trying hard to get good grades. My mom and I made a deal; if I just pull up my grades, she promises to get me a guitar for Christmas. I'm so trying, but I think I'm kinda doin poor in math. It's always been my worst subject. My friends and I really want to start a band. We're gonna be called 'The Cali Devils' 'cause we aint angels, even if we do go to Catholic school. That's far from the truth my friends.
                                                 
   

    "Mr. Way (or Gerard?  I don't know, I'm bad at this),

I am writing this as a fan of your music and someone who finds you to be inspiring.  Not just because of your dealing with your personal demons, but because of your belief that rock and roll should help people, make them feel good.  You want to save lives, and you make music that reflects that.

Which is why I am interested in your thoughts about the recent events surrounding a school in Cleveland.  No, more than that.  Your thoughts on all of the similar situations that have occurred for years and yet we always react with "How could this happen?"  In case you can't tell, I'm dancing around saying the words "school shootings."

Your band released a song called "Teenagers" which was a promise to your teenage fans that you wouldn't loose faith in them.  You wouldn't stop trying to help them and let them know that people out there understand them.  Further than that, you have made comments in interviews about wanting your concerts to be a safe space for all of your fans, a place where they feel welcome and understood.  One of your more famous quotes is "All you knew was that this music made you feel different from anyone you shared a locker with. Someone finally understood you. This is what music is about." 

So I would like to know what you believe we need to do, as a society, to help prevent these things.  I want to know where you think the blame should be placed, on the media, on parents, on an often underfunded school system that treats students less like individuals and more as numbers and test scores. 

More than that, what can WE do?  People who don't have your media pull, people who are just barely coming out of our own teenage years?  What can teenagers do for each other to make things work?  High schoolers are politically powerless, socially frowned upon, what can they do for themselves or for each other to prevent another horrible event?

I'm not writing this calling out to you as the Freak Messiah, but as a very rare creature: an adult in a position of relative power WHO STILL UNDERSTANDS what it is to be one of these kids.  Who wants to help. 

I doubt you will ever read this, but it is my batsignal to you.  I don't expect you to have the answers, I don't expect you to save the world.  But I do want your input, your views, because people like you are that fucking rare.  It seems that for most people, once they hit 22 they forget.  You've held onto this well past that. 

You save lives, how can the rest of us do the same?

All this time I was saying I was going to Project Revolution and I honestly thought I was,but I got a reality check.I couldn't go!! I begged and begged,but all my mom said was,"Oh well,they'll be back another day." I told her that she ruined my summer and would cry in my room all day;she said,"oh well,get a tissue box" and I had to clean house that day too. To tell you the truth,I did cry for a while,but my mom didn't care 'cause she wasn't even there.I even told my auntie & she said that wasn't fair 'cause when my mom was a teen she went to concerts all the time & I've only been to 1.Me & my friend had a great plan to meet them or at least get their attention.We saved our money to buy a glow-in-the-dark dart gur and shoot it at them.It was fool-proof. Oh well,I just put this here to put down my anger.

Ok,aside from the drama from the Project Revolution concert...
Sadly I also want to go to the Warped Tour coming on August somthing.
I really hope I can go to that too.The only problem is money and it's on the day before I start school. If I do go,I'l definately have a "What did you do for summer?" story to tell.Plus,I'm brobably gonna be wiped out.

I am so close to going to Project Revolution. I'm getting frustrated though 'cause my mom still hasn't bough the tickets yet. It's only a week away! I just hope she doesn't let me go.
